hahahahah, real funny b:)
it is pulled right where my glute ties into my hamstring, also feels like a deep bruise. it is tender to touch. i have been doing e-stim treatments, stretching, band ar work trying to get it back in action for next week, think and pray for me. i have a BIG tournament in 5 weeks.

Depending on the grade, 3 weeks from the injury date is your usual rehab period for a hammy. Be careful bro, maybe get it checked out propely, even though you're doing all the right things.

He basically lives with a chiropractor who believes that every human on earth should be able to squat 315 x 10 and bench 225 x 8...lol. He has a good doctor looking after him and he is walking much better too...

Shanus is about as thick as you can get for a 225 lber... he looks like he should weigh much more.... the fatty:)

I think that he is between 226-229 on any given day.

You know, you're a huge guy, but with your power I bet you could really haul ass even now.

A part of me wishes I'd run track in school. I was a good sprinter...I had a huge ass even when I was a buck 20 with a 26.5" waist (same height as I am now. I'm doomed to shortness. Wahhhh!).

Ack, I digress. Brian, that's a nice workout. Those are good nos. period, but to incline 275 after strict militaries really stands out.

I especially like your warm-ups. Too many guys I know get carried away in working up to their top-end weight. I'm a big believer in warming up slow with lots of very low rep stuff, even when you're not dealing with 300+ lbs.

Sorry about the hamstring, though. It'll be back to where you want it soon enough. Hang tight!

Yeha but I think people should do more than THAT ;) and I'm only a Student.

Nice workout bro, keep working on rehab. remember movement is key to rehab, not all out but just movement in itself

I like sprinting...but I am not in Sprinting shape right now. I hope to be closer to it in the next few weeks. I was a little winded by the end of the 50 yard sprints...I am the fastest from 0-30 yards...then I begin to wear down a bit.
