Hey guys,
I am a 23 year old male, 5'11, 200lbs, 11%BF, and I hit the gym about 5 days a week. I am currently on my second cycle and I feel like I'm not making the gains i should be making after my 8th week on the second cycle. Before my first cycle I was around 185lbs, I'm now sitting at about 200lbs, and my body fat % hasn't changed.
The first cycle was just sust 250 and I did that for 12 weeks. This second one is test e (1ml twice/week), and sust 250 (1ml every other day). My diet is pretty clean and I stay at about 2200 calories each day.
So what I am asking is, am I doing something wrong with my dosage, or my diet? I feel like I should be a bit further along than I already am.
