Just wondering if any of the over-the-counter diuretic's are worth the shit? I bought a product "Shredded" to see if that will help pull what little water I have left around my mid-section. Thanks!

Has anyone tried Definition from protein factory? I have a bottle but haven't used it yet.

DEFINITION contains Dandelion and potassium (and many other things) but too little salt can leave you flat. Best to cut it out just a few days before a show. Some guys actually sodium load the day of the show but I think that's chancy.
