This is sorta weird but...when i'm overhead pressing i get it 5 inches up then it stalls in the middle. I NEVER fail at the top ever, so its definately not a lockout problem

these are push presses, i dont know why i call them OHP heh

any idea on how to fix this? is this a sholder weakness? or what

When I get stuck on a push press, it is never at lockout either, what I would do is scrap the push presses for a month or so and do strict overheads, also after you finish your overheads, use a power rack and set the pins so that you are overhead pressing the bar into the safties and the bar hits them at your sticking point, and drive into the safties for a few seconds on your last rep of the sets. After your overhead work do a few sets like this of 3 reps, the first 2 tap the safties and your last rep drive it into them with all your power and keep driving for maybe 3 seconds......then try your push presses in about a month and I think you'll be PRing.

sounds like your shoulders alright. the strict press idea was a good one, but another alternative is to shove with more leg drive. the more velocity you can create with your legs, the less chance of it slowing down in your sticking point. then your triceps can just lock it out.

i'll definately try those ideas
