Outback Steakhouse Ceaser Salad

If any of you have ever had this salad you'll know the dressing is tangy as shit...has a real kick to it....I've not been able to find anything like it in the grocery stores. Found the recipe on the net and have my lil' lady in the kitchen now trying to whip it up. Will let you all know how it goes.

It's a good dressing for chicken or greens if you're trying a low carb/high fat diet...I think one serving has around 5 carbs and probably 20g fat from oils, cheese, & anchovies.
 
Ok guys & gals here it is:

- 1/2 cup mayo (we used 1 cup as the recipe called for it and was a slight bit too mayo-ey)

- 1/4 cup egg substitute

- 1/4 cup grated parmesan

- 2 Tbspn Water

- 2 tbpsn olive oil

- 1.5 tpsn lemon juice

- 1 tbspn anchovie paste (we couldn't find this in the store so we left it out....had no affect really)

- 2 cloves garlic, pressed

- 2 tbspn sugar

- 1/2 tbspn course ground pepper (we used slightly more afterwards)

- 1/4 tbspn salt

- 1/4 tbspn dried parsley flakes crushed fine

-2tbspn horseradish

1) combine all ingredients, mix for 1 minute with a mixer or fork

2) cover, chill for several hours
