so tonite i had a big meal at the cheesecake factory

couple pieces of bread
grilled salmon
broccoli
couple bites of mashed potatoes
split a cheesecake with the lady

so tomorrow i find out im going to Ruth Chris for Mom's Day, so i was wondering what can i do to keep the damage down to a minimum but still manage to function properly then starving myself and having a good workout tomorrow?
 
I go out to eat often with the lady friend and I usually just try to stick with the grilled chicken (or fish for that matter) with steamed veggies...maybe some brown rice....mmm :)
