Bro's i have a problem with some of the things that were said. I love lifting, wouldnt call myself a true bodybuilder really, but i eat, sleep, and train hard 8-10 hours a day in the gym. Im in the gym 5 days a week, and maintain my protein and calories to the fullest. However there are 168 hours in a week and we spend 8-10 of those in the gym. Yea we have to sleep and plan our meals and all that shit but damn does bb really have to take up our whole lives? Cause think about it im never going to stop training , but damn if im going to be old and gray and look back at my life and see nothing but Golds Gym then fuck that. Like someone earlier said about their friends eating pizza and that they couldnt eat that and had to bring a shake or whatever to eat with thier friends. WTF! Does it need to come to this. Damn bro eat! A piece or two of pizza shouldnt stop you from chillin with your boys or eating with your girl. If a piece of pizza is going to fuck you up then there's probs. I believe in takin lifting to the max, but damn im not jepordize friendships over it. Like someone said you just have schedule around things. So what if you go out late friday night and hang withyour friends till 2 or 3. Its the weekend sleep in! I hope i dont get flamed on this one and i respect a diehard bodybuilder with the upmost respect. But when you talking about bbing getting between bro's that have been there for you for a long time and/ or a girl you love, then maybe you need to step back and look at the big pic. Just my 2 cents. Flame me if you must. And please dont say im not dedicated cause you have no idea. Peace
