Really coarse sand and few if any real dunes. Lots of condo's and the port makes the water nasty somewhat..

The best ones close to me are up in the FL PanHandle area.

I should have clarified...what beaches have the most beautiful peole wearing the skimpiest outfits?

I hear the Clearwater Hooter restaurants are the best in the nation...for hooters that is.

I was very unimpressed with South Beach. Highly overrated compared to other beaches in the world.

Canaveral National Seashore.. Just north of Cocoa on the east coast.
Miles of Undisturbed beachfront, dunes and marsh as it was meant to be..

You said that before. What was the weather like? They stay away if it isn't bright and sunny with no wind. Trust me when I say that South Beach has amazing specimens though it has seen a decline in recent years.

As for Haulover Beach...isn't that where older overweight people get buck naked?
