Ouija board / Seance thing?

A few of my friends have asked me to join them next week in using a ouija board for a seance type thing - I've never used one before and I'm not sure what to expect or if I should even bother with it.

I am curious however and thought I'd ask for opinions / experiences. Has anyone else here used one?

There parlor toys and nothing more. The ouija moves because of the slight tension caused between the two people sitting opposit one another. My wife and I use to play around with one but she got spooked and threw it out. Actually she drove across town and threw it in a dumpster which I thought was hillarious.

They are entertaining yet those who take it seriously are more entertaining than the board itself.

Thats my take on the whole matter.

Nice thread - thanks Forge. It would be interesting to personally experience something of the paranormal, can't say I've encountered anything unworldly so far in life.

As Wodin and dayna4u2nv (lol at getting stoned) have implied I think it may turn out to be quite a laugh. I'll go along with an open mind and see what happens.
