Ouch...

I went out sunbathing Thursday with the girls. I'm so white you can see through me, and yet I still only put on SPF 15 after being there for an hour. So of course, I'm burned to a crisp. Saturday I notice that my pants fit a bit tighter and that I'm having trouble walking. And then I notice that my ankle has swollen so bad I have cankles!! It kept getting worse and my knee blew up and I could only walk like a gimp. Turns out I have sun poisoning!! My ankle still hasn't gone down, but walking has gotten to be a bit easier, but man o man... I'm wearing SPF 60 from now on!!

I use a combo of baby oil, australian gold tingle factor and spf 8

then again I am darker for a white boy
