what else do you guys take, meaning when your on or off a cycle what other supplements do you all take (ie: creatine, glutamine, vitamins etc.) what are your favorites? what are not effective at all? just curious. :coffee:

Glutamine(20g.) split in 4 doses. creatine(german) (10g.) 5 pre-workout. 5 post-workout. multi vitamin. Whey protein, cyclo z-mass for test . support. works best for me. Glucosamine/chondritine for joints. Finasteride for hair. milk thistle for liver. geez didnt realize how much goes in everyday.

the only thing that I take "off" that I don't take when "on" is probably creatine in the form of Cell-Tech and no2. The no2 really doesn't do shit but keep my pumps up. However, when you're battling the psychological effects of coming "off", every little bit helps. I've found that taking about 10,000 mg/ed of just L-arginine will give you the same results as products like NO2 or Nitrix, but at about 1/10 of the cost.

No2 is too expensive in my opinion. Agree with ya there apex

Way too expensive. I didn't figure out that I could just buy L-arginine and get the same results until after I bought my first couple of bottles of NO2 though.

i've been taking 1000 mg milk thistle for a month during my dbol part of cycle, but i just read tonight an interesting fact, think i'll switch to the liv52 and just keep taking the NAC, thinking of no more milk thistle..here's what i learned.
studies do suggest, however, that silymarin (active ingredient in milk thistle) also has notable anti-inflammatory properties (inhibiting prostaglandin biosynthesis), which we know through recent studies is a trait that interferes with the protein syntheses response to resistance exercise, this may indicate the need to take somewhat of a "use if necessary" position, at least if absolute maximum muscle growth is the primary focus of your cycle...

who knew ? i didnt.... :worried:

always on creatine, glutamine, multivitamin, and whey...except for a few times a year when I come off everything for about 3 weeks to let my body rest.

animal stack multi's are good or regular 100%'s 3x per day, ON whey and Designer whey, san v12 or creatine monohydrate, milk thistle and flax oil 2x per day
