what else do you guys take, meaning when your on or off a cycle what other supplements do you all take (ie: creatine, glutamine, vitamins etc.) what are your favorites? what are not effective at all? just curious.

studies do suggest, however, that silymarin (active ingredient in milk thistle) also has notable anti-inflammatory properties (inhibiting prostaglandin biosynthesis), which we know through recent studies is a trait that interferes with the protein syntheses response to resistance exercise, this may indicate the need to take somewhat of a "use if necessary" position, at least if absolute maximum muscle growth is the primary focus of your cycle...
