Large doses of vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) can help an awful lot for lot of people. But I'm takling large doses....starting at 10g day, and gradually reduce to a maintenance dose of around 3.5g. This is a lot, so if you wanna try it, you need to find a good cheap source of it. But seriously, read up on it, it helps a lot for a lot of people.
And of course the obvious things like cleanliness, clean clothes, etc.

A cleanser with salacylic acid for the mornings and a cream with benzoyl peroxide for nighttime is a good place to start.

From UK internet pharmacies you can order differin gel or retin-a cream which is very effective and only available through presciption in the US.
