How many times should I be taken tbol a day ,
and when is it in full affect so i know whether
to up the dose , its paper if it matters thanks
and k for info.

I take it 12 hours apart (as with all orals). One in the morning and one in the evening. Some take a morning dose and one before working out. Others divide it by three etc.

You should be fine no matter what you do.
