OT: Problems with cyber-rights, please help

I'm out of town, having to use a friend's MAC and I can't get cyber-rights encryption program loaded. It usually takes about three minutes, but on this machine it seems to get stuck in an endless loop and loads literally for hours without ending. I tried the option that allows you to skip loading the program, but it ignores me and tries to load regardless.

Is there something really simple I'm missing?

This is driving me nuts because I'm expecting a delivery from Asia this week and can't even pull up my transaction number.

Make sure you are running E. explorer

Also his history files make need cleaning out,plus the recycle bin & Trash.
Run a defragment on the files.
Not doing all this over a peroid of time will drastically slow things down.

I followed all your suggestions and got nowhere. I'm thinking this guy's firewall won't allow anything in. I'm just going to order a computer up from the hotel.

Might not be your computer at all. You are not the first person I've heard of with internet probs who use cyber rights. I'm waiting for a response from someone who uses it and they've been down for a day or two now.
