Just curious what average monthly house payments
on various priced houses...what would the average payment be on a 100,000 dollar home, and 150,000 home and a 200,000 dollar home?

Odd question to post on an AS board? There are a lot of payment calculators on the web. I think there is one at www.fremotbank.com but also try searching for one using:

using yahoo.

in south FL my 100,000 house (could probably sell for 110-120 in this market down here where i am) i pay $838 a month. i put only 5% down though....so i need mortgage insurance which bumps it like $100 and change a month till i get like 80% of the principle paid off. so if i wasn't a dickhead and kept more of my money for my DP i could have a 700 mortgage payment. hell, if i refinance now maybe i can get that payment. lazy fucker i am.

My house was 4100 sq. feet and the loan amt. was around 215k and that puts me at $1410 per month bro.

Now......gear questions anyone????

200k home would run you around 1230 a month without taxes and insurance

150k home would be about 930 a month without taxes and insurance

DEPENDS ON A LOT OF SHIT. CONVENTIONAL OR FHA/VA MORTGAGE (WHICH DETERMINES IF YOU HAVE TO HAVE PMI OR NOT). HOW MUCH YOU PUT DOWN. RATE YOU BORROWED AT. 15 OR 30 YEAR MORTGAGE. ALL THAT PLAYS A ROLE IN HOW MUCH YOU PAY.
