OT: Canadian Pharmacies

For those of you not following the news, Canadian pharmacies are hitting the USA in waves. At the present time, folks without prescription insurance are filling their prescriptions at Canadian pharmacies in droves. The savings are about 50%. The current political environment is mixed. Some do not want Americans to import, for they say the drugs are unsafe and they are taking away from the American drug companies. We know this to be untrue, for Canadian standards are high, and it is the same, exact meds we get from the same, exact American drug companies here in the USA. I suggest that everyone without prescription insurance take advantage of this cost savings. Controlled substances cannot be dispensed from any Canadian pharmacy, under any circumstance. But, 99% of the ancillaries are non-controlled, readily available from Canada, and cheaper than in the USA. This opportunity may close up in the future with political and/or economic moves by the government and industry.

Yes you still need a Rx. As DRJMW has pointed out take advantage while you can there is a powerful lobby in wash, launched by the USA pharm compaines against this.

Ironically, HCG is one of the meds cheaper and readily available in the USA.

We have different patent laws for drugs. Generic versions become available much sooner then in the states which is why drugs are so much cheaper. The laws were change a few years ago to favour the drug reasearch companies, so new drugs coming out can't be copied for much longer then before, something like 10 years. It does'nt effect the older drugs, which most ancilliaries are.
I have a friend of a friend working at a pharm that caters to yanks and this pharm is making huge coin. Basically this guy bought out a floundering small town pharm and started advertising on the web. Now he's literally making millions. There is a lot of goverment pressure and I expect with the next couple years we will see legislation to put these guys out of business, so take advantage while you can.
Like mentioned no contolled substances, but stuff like clomid and nolvadex is not controlled.

ahh yes, a friend of mine in the U.S. orders all his stuff from online canadian pharmacy, says he saves a bundle.

Canadian pharmacies will require (usually) a canadian, but that's easy to get. All you have to do is show up to a doc here and he will validate your US Rx.
