Man that is so sad, my prayers are with him and his family. hhajdo and marky, thanks for the info on general anesthesia. I knew it had its own inherent risks, however, you've brought to light that with the additional drugs in a BB'ers system, the complexity and risk has to go way up. Man that's sad.

If you have family and children to worry about, what is the better choice, to be 270 and leave a widow and orphans behind eventually, or "just having to settle with" 240 or 250 and enjoying your family for a long time? I think alot of people have seriously misaligned priorites these days...

Orville has been moved to another hospital. We have been in contact with his attending physician. Orville remains unconscious, his kidneys have failed, and he is bloating. This is very serious, as it only adds to the work his heart must do, and it is increasing his blood pressure. He will be put on dialysis, to control this deteriorating condition.

We are going to try to see Orville. Of course, he is in the Intensive Care Unit, and it may not be possible for us, who are not his immediate family. They say the last thing to fail, in an unconscious person, is the hearing. So, we want to tell Orville how much we all care for him, and how much we want him back with us, even though he cannot respond.

Again, our thanks to all of you, during this difficult time.

I wasn't here for a few days and I just read about his kidney problem...it sucks !!!
I hope things are gonna get better for him
