Organon Sust from Netherlands...is this real?

I've been on for 7 weeks 500mg, only 3.5 kg gained. Not much strength increase. First time user.
What I'm sure I've noticed is recoverability is up. I'm damn confused, not sure what and how much is in me now. Help appreciated.
