Organon Deca Questions!

i just got some organon deca durablin but im confused on how they should be cycled because until now ive stuck with sydgroup winny and its been a good year since ive taken any steroids. well anywho, the deca comes in 6 1ml "pre-made" shots... can anyone help me out on how these should be cycled and also the proper clomid dosage to go along with it, id appreciate it. thanks guys!

each amp is what 200 ...250mgs? id use 2 a week...monday...and friday...

it actually says 50mg... i guess thats per ml... i dont know deca too well though, are they usually 200-250?
