Organizing program?

Im in need of a organizing program, free or costs $ , something that pops up a message to me reminding me what needs to be done for the day, ie shots , work , tanning , gym , class .. thanks guys

Do you have Microsoft Office? It includes Outlook, which can do what you ask.
