Ordering non-controlled substances

How enforced are laws against ordering from online pharmacies, non-controlled substances such as Clomid, Nolvadex.

How about DNP?

Yeah, I wanna know if anyone has any info on this as well. I just recieved another order of nolva a week or so ago, and I swear it was opened..

I ordered some clomid one time and it was opened and taped back up with U.S. Customs logo on it. Inside was an explanation on why it was tampered with and that since it was not a controlled substance it got the "ok" and they sent it my way. So I'm pretty sure non-controlled substances go through even if they are inspected. I know clomid does at least.
