These small quantities are repacks that require approximately 7 business days before arrival to the customer. Larger sale units are available at discounted pricing. Some items below are available as an imported item for further savings. Please keep in mind that delivery for imported items will take approximately 3 weeks. All items below are listed with pricing that does NOT include shipping and insurance. There are no refunds under any circumstance.
Since the majority of cosmetic, food and nutraceutical ingredients pose hazards when in their purest state (yes - that includes vitamins!), we require our contract disclaimer and indemnity agreement to be signed, dated, completed and returned to us before we ship your item(s). This required disclaimer is found at the end of our products listing. (Incorporated businesses, educational institutions and shipments destined outside the USA, Canada or Mexico do not require submission of this document). Furthermore, we do not offer application, R&D or formulation advice due to legal restrictions. We suggest you first research your product carefully through peer reviewed medical and scientific literature and refer to the 21st Chapter of the Code of Federal Regulations sections 100 thru 199 for Federal regulatory information. If you do not have this manual, we can order them for you (2 separate volumes) (a link to 21CFR is listed on our order page on our website). When looking for an item in the list below, please ignore the functional group position (such as "alpha") and the isomeric configuration (such as "L") when searching for your items. In addition, many vitamins are listed in accordance to their technical nomenclature (such as Vitamin B6 = Pyridoxine Hydrochloride).

SHIPPING
1). Many chemicals, food ingredients and allied products that are purchased in small quantities require repackaging. There is no charge for this service, but please note that shipping will require approximately 7 business days before your product arrives to you. NOTE: a "small quantity" refers to 25 Kg (55 pounds) or less.
2). The minimum charge for shipping and handling is $8.00 unless otherwise stated.
3). Hazardous chemicals will have additional surcharges added to the shipping costs as specified by the shipping option and carrier. Not all delivery options are available for each type and class of hazardous material. Generally, a $15.00 surcharge is added for hazards shipped by ground, $50.00 for hazards shipped to domestic destinations by air and $80.00 for destinations outside the USA. This surcharge is enforced by the carrier, not by us. Hazards that are classified as poisons by the UN will have an additional charge of $15.00 for "poison packaging". These surcharges are added to the regular shipping charges.
4). You must request insurance to be added if desired. If you do not request insurance we will not be held responsible for damaged goods.

RETURNS POLICY
1). All sales are final. We do not accept any returned items unless an item was shipped in error and the fault lies solely on us.
