Yes, but that's only if you seek them out. If an undercover cop approaches you, offers you drugs, and you buy them and he reveals himself, I believe that's entrapment.

I'm not advocating one thing or another, but law enforcement is mostly concerned with the boarders and customs. That's where the BULK of their efforts are placed, preventing things from getting into the country. Once the stuff is here, it's here. Law enforcement needs a warrant from a judge to search a USPS package. That being said, I have heard horror stories of good guys, just recrational bodybuilders, having their doors bashed in and being taken away in front of their kids. Does this happen often? Of course not. But you're taking a chance.

It is only entrapment if you did not originally intend on initiating an illegal activity in the first place. If you were approached by someone selling you gear that was told you were looking but it was a UC it would not be entrapment. Hope this helps.

Yeah there's something in economics (and it can be applied to life in general) known as the risk:return ratio. Greater risk, greater potential for return. I'm not justifying anything but, if you were to say order 5 vials of an injectable compund and it was confiscated and they actually tracked you down, at the very worst theyd have a hell of a time proving that it was for anything BUT personal use. Where you run into trouble is with something like Dianabol - methandrostenolone - . Original Dianabol - methandrostenolone - 's were (and are) 5 mg each, and are often sold in packages of 1000 pills, which really isnt that much. Assuming you take 50 mg/day, that's 2 cycles at most. Now lets say you decide to stockpile for future cycles and order a couple thousand individual pills and that package gets intercepted...Guess what?? You be fucked!! Even though it's not that much cycle-wise, on paper it looks like you're running your own pharmacy. So IF you decide to take a chance, keep the quantities to a minimum and DO NOT stockpile stuff in your place of residence.

There is also something called the law of averages as well. Do something enough times and eventually you will get caught. Sorry to be the one to look at the glass half empty.

No. Absolutely not. That's entrapment and illegal. They bust people selling drugs not buying drugs.

This is not true. Law enforcement does pose as street level drug dealers and sells fake dope to people that drive up. They bust the people for attempted possesion of a controlled substance. They do it all the time on the west coast. Also, i have seen them first hand raid a dope house and take the dealer to jail. Then they will post up in the dealers house with his phone and arrest people that come over to the dope house for attempted possesion. I hate to disagree with you but your statement above is incorrect.

Hell i see it all the time on those damn cop shows. Someone posts up on a corner people drive up and they sell them something then bam they get busted. I have also seen them post up in a dope house.

But I think they are saying that if you are walking down the street and a cop comes up and knows nothing about you and offers to sell you some shit and you decide to try drugs and he busts you then its entrapment.

If you stop and aska guy on the corner and ask if he has drugs then you are seeking it out and they bust yo ass.

bro,let me entirely honest with you........the roid store sells pseudo or falsely named products to con people into thinking they contain actual androgens or steroids which they don't in the fucking slightest.
