Orbit 10mg anavar how often

I am going to be running Anavar for 8 weeks at 50mg ed... How often should I pop a 10mg pill.???

All 5 in the morning or spread them out throughout the day? or

does it not make a difference at all?

i was doing 75mg/ed 3 times a day works great

i would do em 3x a day as well...2 capsules in the morning, 2 early evening and 1 at bedtime, that should be an even spread since the half life of anavar is about 9 hours you should have a pretty even concentration throughout the day

Since the half life is approx. 9 hours, I would take 3 in the morning, and 2 in the afternoon. Basically, half life means that 9 hours after you take 30mgs. there will still be 15mgs. in your system.
I don't think it would even be a half bad idea to take all of them at once about 4 hours before you train, but that's just me.
