So anyway, I've made my venture out to the west coast, and am currently living in Anaheim Hills in Orange County. I've got a couple interviews lined up, and from what I can speculate, the rate of pay in the Los Angeles/Orange County area is about 10-20K higher than that of Chicago... where my cost of living was basically the same as it is here.

Anyway, are there any people from EF that know the area well? There is a 24/7 fitness about a mile away from my apartment, can't imagine the luck. I'm looking to hook up with some people out here if there are any in the area.

Rickson's place is in LA county somewhere, I'm almost sure of it... it would be somewhere around 45-55 minutes to get there. It took me 45 minutes or so to reach LAX... so no too much further.

That is a place I think I want to check out... 6 months of that school ... I'd be a killing maching.

I'm in Orange County... about 10 minutes drive from Citruscide... if we set something up here we are an hour for anybody from Los Angeles at the max... and an hour for anybody from San Diego... so OC is middle ground for everybody.

Souht Bay, Hermosa Beach to be more exact. Number one place to live in The LA area if y ou ask me. My suggestion for a place to meet and party woudl be the San Diego Street Fair, supposed to be a great time. I am going to go and party down there, sept 6 to 8. Welcome to Cali, it is a cool place if you make it one. Alot of people hate it I personally love it here, weather is awesome and I love the beach, so I could not live in a better place.
