ok, i just got a fair amount of liquid clen and oral winnie, i am 6'1 300, carry alot of muscle...i have lost 25 lbs since early april the correct way with cardio 4-5 times per wk switching up between long slow burns and HIIT workouts. i also hit the weights 4 times per week during this time.. i was told to take the clen for 2 on 2 off (weeks or days) for about 6-8 weeks, and the winnie at 50mgs a day for 8 weeks. i have been eating good and all that stuff but when i start this phase im going to put my diet on point, and up the intensity on my wieghts and cardio...should i increase my HIIT workouts, sprinting, stairs etc? or continue with the long uphill brisk teadmill walks? or continue a good combo of both, which i will do anyway, just wondering if i should increase the high intensity cardio days. what do the pros say about the cardio, diet, and dosages of winnie and clen? my goal is the 260lbs @ 9% hence the handle...thanks
