You have already lost 30 pounds this year? Well that's awesome! Just keep what your doing, steroids are not always the answer.
 
I can honestly say.. It doesn't burn fat... I have been bulking for a few months (eating 4500-5000 cals/day) and just finished a 6 week cycle of winstrol (was given to me) 50mg daily. I put on the first 20lbs naturally and added another 8 while on winstrol (i no the winstrol didn't add the weight it was my diet). The only thing i found the winstrol to do was give me quite a bit more strength than i had before and it made my muscles muuuccchhh harder and more defined. I love the way i look right now except for my midsection. All of the bulking is leaving a bit of fat around my waist which i have no problem with now... that being said... winstrol doesn't burn fat!!! Like it was said earlier.. diet and cardio do.
 
Probably because you get a shredded look while on it so it might give the illusion that you are burning fat.

who gets a shredded look while on it? You? Anyone who takes it? Seriously. This is nonsense. It's totally related to your bodyfat level when you start taking it and your diet until you're done taking it.
 
ok, i just got a fair amount of liquid clen and oral winnie, i am 6'1 300, carry alot of muscle...i have lost 25 lbs since early april the correct way with cardio 4-5 times per wk switching up between long slow burns and HIIT workouts. i also hit the weights 4 times per week during this time.. i was told to take the clen for 2 on 2 off (weeks or days) for about 6-8 weeks, and the winnie at 50mgs a day for 8 weeks. i have been eating good and all that stuff but when i start this phase im going to put my diet on point, and up the intensity on my wieghts and cardio...should i increase my HIIT workouts, sprinting, stairs etc? or continue with the long uphill brisk teadmill walks? or continue a good combo of both, which i will do anyway, just wondering if i should increase the high intensity cardio days. what do the pros say about the cardio, diet, and dosages of winnie and clen? my goal is the 260lbs @ 9% hence the handle...thanks

I started taking it at a bodyfat level just under 10%. Within about 2 or 3 weeks, my body looked very dry and more striated. I think it's because winstrol makes you lose waterweight (is this true?). It also gives your muscles a more defined, cut up look. So no, it doesn't make you burn fat, but if you have low bodyfat and you take it, I am pretty sure you will look more shredded/cut up and defined. At least, that is my experience with it.
