oral primo.....how should i dose? k for help

I have some oral primo that i got a good while back, i know that it does not compare to the primo oil....but, how should i break the doses up. Thanks in advance for the help.

If I am not mistaken the half life is 4-6 hrs so I would think u should take it with those hrs in mind. Probably two or three times a day.
And take with grapefruit juice, imo it helps get you more bang for the buck.

Someone I know had the 50mg tabs from BD and got good results by taking 3 of these, evenly spaced, throughout the day. Not saying that it'll work as well for you, but he got some excellent gains off of doing it like that. Good luck.

your better off to just inject 400mg a week and it should be just as effective as 1000mg a week of the orals if only 30% of the orals are getting absorbed
