Oral-only cycles for a newbie

yes cardio is important but 20 mins 3 times a week not an hour and then 2 hours weight traning the way i see it ur burning ur self out man. Reduce the cardio, increase the calories, and hammer those weights im sure results will come ur way.
 
Where can I find oral-only cycles then with pros vs cons for each? There's just no oral-only cycles available online that I can see. So if someone was to "safely" (as safe as possible) go down the oral path, what would be best?

For example...
dbol 25 mgs a day for a month with .5 mg a-dex Mon, Wed, Fri. throughout (saw this in another post). Mix in some liv-52 to protect the liver.
PCT: 20 mgs Nolvadex for 3 weeks

It's this kind of info I can't find anywhere online. A good, basic, starter oral-only cycle including PCT. Anyone have a link or more info to share?

Thats a good start but I have run dbol without adex with zero sides at 30mgs/day a couple times. It can interfere with gains unecesarilly but you should definitely keep it on hand if sides show up.
