Bro, he doesnt need a kit at all if it is for an oral cycle.

A kit is to make it to an injectable.

no way to know. 30% absorbtion? 50% absorbtion? 100% absorbtion? you just got to take a certain amount of pellets a day and run with it. they got 20mg of active tren in each little pellet...i'd say run 7 morning and 7 night to be sure to get 75mg a day. may get more, but at least at baseline of 30% your getting ~75mg ED.
