Optimum use of Ener-G

Hello :)

what to look for with Ener-G

(results start in 3 days, and get into full swing around week 2)

1) Muscle Fullness, a very odd yet tight feeling

2) an Increase in Endurance while lifting or doing cardio

3) a HUGE increase in recovery time, includes being less sore if at all, and general systemic feeling of well being

4) THESE results over time start translating into actual lean mass weight gain
while dieting it preseves all that muscle




remember it takes about 3 days to get used to the mildly earthy taste

since its Vanilla flavored it tastes best BLENDED with Milk
for a ALL IN ONE POP shake, either after a workout, before bed, ar all in the AM




Ener-G is dose dependant NOT timing dependant

So should I shoot for 4 scoops day, 8 a day? But, as long as I get whatever amount daily, that's the important thing, eh?

the scooper recomendation ( 5 grams) on the label

will be changed to a tablespoon

have 3 huge tablespoons a day

it will last you 1 month
 
Thanks Omega, I'll be having 3 tablespoons daily now, perhaps 2 pwo and 1 and night, though you said timing doesn't matter guess i could have 3 at any one time for the day.

if your under 200 lbs

2 Huge tablespoons will be enough

the 2-3 dose at ONE TIME is for your conveniance, and it happens to work the best
