whats the best rep range for cutting??

how do u change ur lifting program when u switch from bulking to cutting???

thanx

Cutting comes from changes in cardio and diet. Your lifting routine should stay the same:

Three excercises for larger muscle groups, two sets for smaller, 5-10 reps each. In other words, always lift heavy.

I'd agree.

Keep on lifting heavy during a cutting phase to minimize muscle loss. People always say to up the reps, but I think its a bunch of bs.

I agree w/ what everyone here is saying. However, you can facilitate the cutting process by upping your reps. When you cross your lactate threshold, i.e. feel the burn. That is heavily related to growth hormone production which can aid in bodyfat loss. It is however, beneficial to keep some heavy movements in your routine to maintain size, and strength.
