Optimum Nutrition Whey....good stuff?

Just got a good deal on a 10lb bag of Optimum. Is this stuff quality? I've used pretty much everything but have yet to try this brand, it is the biggest size I could find for winter bulking. Thanks

The Optimum is 100% whey. The nutritional values look very good from what I can see, and it seems to be a nice blend.

I got mine for like 50 from dps I think. Wherever I got it from it was 50 including the shipping.

Optimum whey is mediocre in quality, but good at price. It's Whey Concentrate only if I recall... much better choices in terms of quality would be MET-Rx or Ultimate Nutrition. I would go with Met-RX anyday... their formula contains (Milk Protein Concentrate, Calcium Sodium Caseinate, Whey Protein Isolate, L-Glutamine, Dried Egg white. also extremely low in lactose.)

it's not optimum, but the price is unbeatable. i just had 10lbs of the isolate show up at my door this morning (ordered last tuesday), mixed it with some milk and nestle quik, and the stuff is virtually tasteless.
