Well isn't that in a basic sense what we are all trying to do. It seems a lot of guys are here for bodybuilding but I am trying to put together a cycle to optimize strength. I am starting to train for powerlifting fresh off a cut that has left me at 225 8.5% bf. I am more ripped then I've ever been but I ready to eat again!!! I am posting for any and all advice so rip it apart if you think its best. This is my plan:
It will be 12 weeks long
weeks 1-12 Primo 1gram
weeks 1-12 test eth 500mgs
weeks 7-12 tren ace 100mgs ed
weeks 9-12 halo 50mgs ed
weeks 9-12 anadrol 150mgs ed
weeks 10-12 test sus 100mgs ed
The basic design is to peak me at the end to allow me to hit it big at my comp. There isn't much test(until the end) in it because I've been reading a lot that its not gonna really be what gives me the big abilities. The primo is something I've never done much of and wanted to try a good dose becasue I liked it.
My diet is gonna be around 4000 cals a day. 40% pro 50% carb 10% fat. My favorite split. I know people are gonna ask what my PCT is and well I am always on nowadays. Yes I am young. I get it. After this cycle I will be going down to doing 250mgs test a week, to take a break.
My liver has always stayed in great shape. Those last 4 weeks are a lot. I pretty confident that my liver will be able to suck it up because I took dbol for 3 monthes once and came out as good as i went in. Cycle history on and off 4 years. This will be 8th.
Any advice is greatly appreciated. This board has a lot good bros and know I'm not as smart as a lot of you.
