Optimal Cardio Timing?

doing 1 hour on tread first thing im AM on empty stomach---what would be optimal time for 2nd session--mid afternoon after training and a few meals??? immediately after training?? or last thing at nite before bed???

when i do 2 seesions , i go first thing in morning.. then have a few meals.. then train.. then have about 2 more meals and then do another cardio session. if u do it right before bed, you'll be some protein right afterwards.
 
An hour on an empty stomach may deplete you unless its low intensity. I prefer to break up my low intensity cardio into morning, then if I want to push my heart, say better my 5k times, do that in the evening.

yeah, i try not to do any cardio even close to bed time. Usually if I do two sessions, i do it within an hour after my workout. Now whether or not thats "optimal" or not, i dont know. But youre already doing great by doing it in the am on an empty stomach. *golf clap* :coffee:
