Correct me as I’m sure I’m Wrong Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Click to expand... well what do you mean by size? just getting fat? most guys in any gym have too much body fat where you can't see definition or even the outer parts of their abs. i'm not impressed by that physique.. it shows laziness and a lack of discipline eating if you want to see your muscle get your body fat down. if you just want to be a perma bulker who is strong then do what you want, but it isnt' healthy
