Look beyond the live people that are sitting in her audience. Oprah makes her cabbage from the TV network paying her to generate huge advertisement revenue for them. Now shes added a magazine that sells products. That means all those housewives and welfare moms have to watch her show and buy the products advertised during commercials on her show and in her magazines. That could be argued is fleecing, or just good business.
Now the miniscule amount of women that actually afford to go to her show, thats a different demographic.
