I am 5'9" and weigh around195lbs with 12%15% bf...disgusting, I know. My next cycle will probably be something along these lines:

75 mg Tren EOD for weeks 1-6
100mg Prop EOD for weeks 1-6
250mg Test Enanthate every 5th day for weeks 1-10
50mg injectable winny ED for weeks 6-10

I want to gain some quality muscle while getting down to at leat 10% bf. My question to you is this:
Should I diet hard and get lean first and then take the cycle, or should I just take the cycle whenever I'm ready and eat clean calories during? I was originally wanting to lean up first because my cycle gains always feel insignificant while I'm dieting hard. Let me know what you guys think. Please comment on the question and not on the cycle itself. Thanks to all.
 
If you're really looking to do a cycle, then just bulk and then diet hard in order to cut. Otherwise, change your cycle and make it a cutting one...
 
the chemicals will help you preserve muscle to a great extint. i'm not sure if you were planning on strict dieting or not, but it's easy for me (personally) to lose muscle while dieting. plus, while dieting my workouts suck... until i started addind "supplements" to my dieting phase. i can now lose fat while gaining muscle, and get in good workouts. instead of dieting very strictly while on, just eat a maintenance diet. i'm sure even with that (high protein of course) you'll body will be eager to gain muscle and lose fat. you're running some good supps to diet on anyways...

Yeah, I would do a hardcore diet for 8 weeks first. That should get you below 10%. Then do a cutting cycle and you will be pleased 2 times over because the gear will get you leaner AND your muscles will be fuller.

Keep your diet clean while on the cycle and drink lots of water. I'd maybe take the Enanthate out of that cycle for cutting. Other than that, it looks pretty good.
 
I am ON cycle right now and I am having trouble loosing weight. I am 237 with about 15% body fat and I have to be down to 197 before wrestling season starts. So I have to lose about 1 pound a day to make this weight. I have never had trouble loosing weight while not ON a cycle, but I am having trouble loosing right now while I am ON. I seem to be loosing fat but gaining weight. The only way I have successfully lost weight while ON is to run. I eat very lean clean food and take lost of protien and I am not losing anything. But while running I have been loosing about 4 1/2-5 pounds a week which is good while ON cycle. I am not talking about go to the gym and get on the treadmill and joging. Go out side put some sweats on (I also were plastics) and set your clock for a 1 hour run. Take off and do not stop till the hour is up. If you do this I promise you will be ripped and in the best shape of your life. This is only what I do I have been wrestling since I was 5 years old. I know my body very well I know how much food I can and can't eat and how hard I need to train to make weight you have to be the one who puts the time in to lose the weight.

P.S. o ya I will post this pic for ya. Just think of all the hot girls at the gym that will see you when your ripped and looking like a freak. Thats what motivates me the most.

Thanks bro...that wrestling shit is tough stuff. A good friend of mine won Nationals last year and is traing for the Olympics right now. You guys abuse your body like no other I've seen. Karma
 
With that cycle u could drop the test enanthate. Also diet down a little before u start the cycle and the results will be much better. im on the 8th week of what u have posted up top w/o the enanthate and I have seen great results. Ive gone from 186 to 195 with a lower bf and Im cutting now. weights going no where but bf is stripping off.

Thanks for the help bro...That's what I don't want...the weights going nowhere. If I'm on a cycle, I want to feel like I'm on a cycle in the gym. Last cycle I dieted very strictly and I got great results as far as bf% and muscle, but it didn't feel the same because my carbs and calories were low.
 
If I were you I'd do a little more test, I'd drop the TBA and winny.

Say 1 g of Test for 10 wks, last two weeks use the prop.
And add 30-50mg /d dbol throughout for it's anti-catabolic effects.
Add 25 mg /d of Aromasin and 4 mg /d of Arimidex.
Eat 2500 kcals, make sure you eat at least 300 grams of carbs with 1000 mg of Gluc-R /d and some Thermorexin.

That's what I would do.

He wrestled at the University of Oklahoma and his name is Michael Lightner. I believe he wrestles around 126lbs. I've known him since we were young and he is a truly amazing wrestler.

I hear what your saying. I have a hell of a hard time losing weight unless I do massive cardio. I don't wrestle but I do compete MMA. I am starting my first real cycle and I am interested to see what happens wity my body. I would like to keep dropping the excess while I grow the mass but I guess it may be a grow/cut process. I have the harded time with the damn diet thing. I do the best with a lot of raw veggies and protien powders but that crap gets old fast. I have a buddy that just moved to the Iowa area to wrestle there at Heavy. You might know him. His name is Whitehead, he's one of those guys that once you meet him you never forget him. Take it easy bro.
