I have been reading a lot of posts where people want to use quite a bit of T3. Starting out with a high dose and escalating to 100mcgs or so. It has been my experience that more t3 is never a good thing. I have always tried to get by on as little as possible, and I have never used more the 50mcgs and that was only for 2 week before competing. I always start at 12.5mcgs and only inrease the dose when a sticking point is hit. I see people who write out their T3 cycle ahead of time, locking themselves into going up to a dose as high as 100mcgs. My problem with this is that if 25mcgs is working and bodyfat is dereaseing upping the dose is probably going to result in a loss in muscle mass. Maximizing the effectiveness of T3 is very tricky and it is definitly one drug that I have found more not to be better. It seems like many are mis-using it and are probably going to pay the price in muscle loss.
