35 years old, 5'10, 195 15% bf. Diet is clean and around 3500 cals. Lift 4 days a week with minimal cardio over past 6 months but I started adding hill sprints 2 days per week. Plan on shedding some bf before cycle hopefully down to 10%. Then want to bulk up on cycle.
Plan is:
Test cyp for 10-12 weeks
Hcg on cycle from week 3 until 2 weeks after last pin
Pct was planning on nolva 20/day starting 3 weeks after last pin and run for 4 weeks.
