Clen is good, but I never get the feeling like I can do cardio all day like I do while on a good homemade ECA stack. At higher dosages, clen can really screw up my cardio. I haven't seen any mention of NYC, but it can't be beat for appetite suppressant. Clen really jacks up my appetite, it seems to give me carb cravings.
As far as ECA's, I found that taking time off and supplementing with Tyrosine restores the kick. I also like taking B5 for adrenal and not to mention acne support. I have read that Taurine is supposed to help minimize the Clen cramps.
