opinion on cycle

just wanted to get an expert opinion on the cycle im on first of im
23...ive been lifting consistantly since jan...i was 155lbs when i started...i did a 3 cc of deca 200 and 4cc of ara-test 250 over a 8 week period to put on some qiuck size..i was able to get up to 175lbs and ive been stuck at that weight ever since...what im doing now is a 10cc bottle of ara-test pryramided over 8 weeks...in the forth week im going to start 300mg/week of deca
for 8 weeks...
i split the ara up into 2 shots per week to keep the prop levels constant..and ive been taking 10mg ofnolvadex every other day...and i have enough clomid for 50mg per day for 3 weeks...im definatley a rookie at this so i was just looking to get some opinions...im now in my 4th week..ive gained a solid 5 lbs but i dont seem to be getting the kind of gains i got the first time....im not looking to get crazy big but 190 would be nice...
 
hold on bro...you havent even been training for a year. train for atleast 3-4 years then come back after you actually gained some muslce naturally.
 
all i want is an opinion on the cycle...obviously it would be better to train forever naturally and never to juice....but lets count the # of guys in this forum who are in to that! and judging by the pic of the dipshit who wrote the smartass comment im thinking that you might want to increase you test intake or maybee eat some protien casue shit i look better than you...
 
This is not a critzism but your post is hard to read

what are your goals, and simply do a matrix with each week

stating what you are taking, easier to critiqe that way.

For your cycle you need a starting point, a middle and an ending point with a specific goal,

the gear is only a minor part of the equation.

I will comment on your current cycle:

The way you have it written is a little confusing. It sounds like this

1-8 aratest 250/wk (possibly 500/wk wks 4-5)
4-11 deca @300/wk
3wks after last deca shot clomid for 50/day for 3wks (I think that is the right timing)

I think this cycle sux
there is no need to pyramid the test
why are you staggering the deca
you need more clomid
 
axe thanks for the help....youve got it right...so i should'nt be pryamiding the ara..what would be the best way to do it...and i was staggering the deca becasue i was told that it would help to retain the gains made by the test..
 
run a constant amt throughout the cycle. Pyramiding is old school. Run the deca and test @ the same time. Also deca is going to shut you down pretty hard. Most guys run clomid as follows

day 1 300
day 2-11 100
day 12-21 50

this is standard. However, many people will go for an extra wk @ 50 when coming off deca. This is why you need more clomid

Do yourself a favor and use the search and look up newbie cycles as well as deca/test cycles

shit i was 175 when i was 17. got over 200 naturally before even thinking about gear. it is lazy asses like you that make gear look bad. cant gain any weight naturally so you hit up the gear. you make me sick.

I agree! When I started training I weighed 160 lbs @ 6'1" tall. I trained for 3+ years and gained over 40 lbs naturally, before I ever touched juice. Build a solid mature base naturally first and then look into anabolics.
