opening ampule?

i have opened B 12 ampules and they just pop right off, but I have heard that the Deca durabolin ampules dont. how they hell do you open these without crushing the entire ampule?

Just take a knife and score the skinnest part of the neck of the amp until a noticable crease has been made. Then pop off top and enjoy

score it at the neck then us a Bic pen cap and snap it off....or just buy a amp opener
