Opening Amps

I am getting ready to do my first cycle using amps. They are ICN's and I had a buddy that struggled with getting these open. Any advice? I will be ordering an amp opener from Getpinz. How do the amp openers work? Thanks!

I have never used an amp opener, but I just put a pen cap over the top, hold bottom with a piece of tissue paper, and snap the top off. Though with ICN's you will probably have to score the neck first...

Some of them are a bitch, I only broke one in my life...lucky I guess. I scored mine with a good file and popped the top.

Yes, the ICN's are not prescored so if you try to pop them without scoring they'll break. Use an amp opener, its way easier.

I actually use some scissors and clamp down around the line and score it that way then break it off with a pen....haven't broken one yet!!!

i use a big scissors too- use a bit of force and it slightly shatters the top of the amp. no problems there bcoz the shattered pieces are too big to pass into the needle while drawing- never broken one till date. one thing though- as a precaution i always rub alcohol on the scissors and the amp- sometimes the shattered pieces get into the amp but mostly just fly out harmlessly.

I like the pen cap, I put on a medical glove when I open'em.
I score with a razor blade, just be sure to not pinch the cap too hard, I broke one off once and where I squeezed the cap too hard it shattered the top in the cap, and there was a 1/4 cc in it that I lost.

bro just pay for platinum and do a search, you will be able to find alot of answers to alot of questions.

Go to the hardware store and they should have a small glass cutter. Score the neck and the top will just fall off. It works great and only costs about $3.
I learned the hard way after breaking three of those fuckers
