dude, get METAMUCIL for the LOVE OF GOD.

i started taking metamucil two weeks ago, and my shits have been absolute brown perfection.

do it. trust me. fuck the stigma. DO IT NOW.
 
beautiful. i got the apple cinnamon wafers, and it said to take 2-3 packets (two wafers) at the first sign of irregularity, so I just take 1 packet a day, and that's plenty. so just take a little bit under the recommended dose daily and you'll be tip-top. i think their recommendations are if your shits are 100% liquid, so all that's not necessary.
 
i got the powder, that you mix with water.. says to take up to 3 times daily even for a daily fiber source.. so.. on the days that i dont have fiber, from veggies or other.. i drink a glass of that..
