I have a vigorous workout schedule (4+ hours a day, and i cant change this time frame, its for a competitive sport) and need to remain around my steady 155lbs (<10%bf) but gain as much strength as i possibly can.
I'm lookin to only do orals, i know im a little girl, but i dont wanna do the needle thing.
any suggestions? (besides grow some balls and inject some test
