This may not be the best thread topic, why would you want to openly list the pharms that people are having good luck with? Chances are they wont be good for long.

Dude, they aren't located in the US. Trust me, Customs is well aware foreign pharmacies export into the States. Its LEGAL to import a certain amount of any unscheduled drug into the US, as stated in OUR law.

Relax, Homey :p

Ain't that a bitch. Injustice, in America?

You're right about siezure being a threat to the wallet, especially if you are asked to provide a script to get what's been siezed.

But, to get back on track here, who is MasterMarketing?

Yea, based on a thread about people declaring at the boarder is would seem that a lot of the boarder inspectors, and I would also assume customs guys, dont seem to be 100% up on whats allowed, there seems to be a lot of misinformation not only among the BB community but the government employee's as well. On a side note, there are a lot of legit pharms that sell legit products that are red flagged by customs(DEA) and all packages comming from them simply get nabbed regardless of content.

I'd like proof of this.

Im not 100% sure of the actual cause of these red flags but my guess is it has to do with the foreing pharms not properly reporting to the DEA of their activities.

Import/Export Issues
Frank Moreno, Chief, DEA Data Processing and Analysis Unit discussed the mission of the Data Processing and Analysis Unit (ODIA). The unit processes reports that are submitted by the chemical industry pursuant to the reporting requirements of the CSA. Data collected from the chemical industry is analyzed and published for use by managers and investigators to determine trends in chemical distribution and to develop targets for investigation.

Mr. Moreno reported that as of March 2000, there were 3,732 registrants including: manufacturers – 206; distributors – 3,144; retail – 33; importers – 186; and exporters – 183.

Next, Mr. Moreno outlined the five basic import/export rules. They are as follows: companies that import or export a threshold amount of a listed chemical must file a DEA Form 486; transshipments through the United States must be reported; international shipments arranged by a U.S. broker must be reported; the U.S. Customs Service must receive a copy of the DEA Form 486; and List I chemical importers and exporters must be registered. There are several ways to report exports, imports, international shipments and transshipments. For exports and imports as well as international shipments (U.S. broker) use a DEA Form 486. For transshipments, a transshipment notice needs to be filed. Both the DEA Form 486 as well as the transshipment notice may be faxed to 202-307-4702. Further detailed instructions may be found in Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 1313 et seq.

Mr. Moreno discussed the DEA Form 486, stating that the form is self-explanatory; however, he identified several questions on the form that should be given special attention. He mentioned the 15-day notice, if a registrant has never shipped to a customer before. Mr. Moreno stressed that the weight needs to be given in kilos not pounds or ounces. Also, port and date of entry and mode of transportation need to be included. All this information is required in order to be able to process the DEA Form 486.

The import, export, transshipment and international shipment review process was explained. The DEA-486 or report is received by either mail or fax. DEA Headquarters reviews the form, inputs the information into the database and then transmits the form to U.S. Customs. When there is a new customer the investigative process will include a DEA Headquarter investigation, and a DEA field investigation (either domestic or foreign). If the new customer is approved, then the shipment proceeds, a record is maintained and a periodic review occurs. If the new customer is disapproved then a stop shipment is requested. If the exporter will not voluntarily stop the shipment (and the majority of them do voluntarily), then an official stop shipment order is prepared and served. The exporter is notified as well as U.S. Customs and the International Narcotics Control Board (INCB) and a record is maintained. DEA import/export declarations are made available to U.S. Customs.

Marc Golubock, Chief, DEA Chemical Control Section discussed the Letters of No Objection (LONO). He stated that in the early 1990’s, methamphetamine smuggling was mostly identified with biker gangs. However, a large shipment that was transshipped through the Dallas-Ft. Worth area changed that perception and revealed that it was now an international problem.

A meeting was convened at the INCB with other countries. Out of this meeting came the Letter of No Objection (LONO). The importing company cannot ship until downstream distribution is identified. If, after investigation, no derogatory information is discovered downstream, then a LONO will be processed. If derogatory information is discovered, the importer will be called and the transaction will not go through. There are still some problems with the LONO process, as diversion is still occurring in the gray market area, beauty parlors, gas stations, etc.

Here is another article which may be of interest as well.

The proof is that in reality, customs can do whatever they want. Are you going to go into a legal battle over 2 boxes of clomid?

Prove that customs has a black list consisting of specific companies targeted for siezure. It does not exist.

Customs has, however, targeted specific COUNTRIES. These countries recieve more attention from package inspectors but nothing more.

A good example of this would be inspectors using bomb-sniffing dogs to scrutinize packages from middle-eastern countries, while packages from Canada do not receive the same attention.

And, Thaibox, your point, though it may be valid, has nothing to do with this.
