Hey hey hey. It's going pretty darn well. Met with the nutritionist on Friday...14% BF! whoo hoo. So, I'm rappidly closing in on my goals. However, my sleep is lacking. Not sure the dealie...exhausted but can't fall asleep. I'm might have to see a doc for some aid in the sleep dept. Otherwise, everything is great! Thanks for checking up on me.

I just started committing to a healthier lifestyle recently (like 2 weeks ago, lol) I already have seen some positive changes, but I definately cant wait until I get through some more weeks of it, and make this a long tradition, like you have.

Awh thank you!!! Yeah you definitely have to be in it for the long haul for sure. But man, the results are priceless! Best of luck to you on your committment. Stick to your guns! You should take before/after pics for yourself. It really is an awesome tool for keeping the motivation/drive going. ESPECIALLY when you begin to see the comparison.
