thats awesome!! you've made some amazing improvements over time. i cant believe you've been going since february, thats a long time!

I just started committing to a healthier lifestyle recently (like 2 weeks ago, lol) I already have seen some positive changes, but I definately cant wait until I get through some more weeks of it, and make this a long tradition, like you have.

Awh thank you!!! :rose: Yeah you definitely have to be in it for the long haul for sure. But man, the results are priceless! Best of luck to you on your committment. Stick to your guns! You should take before/after pics for yourself. It really is an awesome tool for keeping the motivation/drive going. ESPECIALLY when you begin to see the comparison.

Yay! It's getting there. Man it's alot of work to get that stuff to drop. Whew. Makes me tired just thinking about it. *yawns*


I think I hear the alarms from the anti e-flirters org. They're gonna get you.
