what the hell does deconditioning muscle mean??
so here's what i'm gonna do than eat the same way, take around 300 grams of protein a day, set up full body workout and perform it every other day. increasing the weights every workout
question how many sets per bodypart?? and start with 15 reps than 2 weeks later go down to 10 reps right ?? and down and down??
