One question about first cycle.

50mgs of anavar is more than enough!
10 years back when people were doing around 30mgs a day they were getting some valuable results then a few people experimented with 50mgs and got great results. There is always next time to increase doses.
This is your first time around and you will get good results off of most things. It may be worth while considering adding test in there at 250mgs a week but the anavar only would be a good first cycle especially if not used to or scared of injecting.

I would add some Test.
That isn't a cycle my friend.
A PROPER cycle should contain a BASE, a Jumpstarter, and a Finisher.
In your case, you can use Anavar as both the Jumpstarter and the Finisher, using Proviron as a secondary androgen:
Weeks 1-10: Anavar, 40mgs ED
Weeks 1-10: Sustanon, 250mgs
Weeks 1-12: Proviron, 50mgs

everybody hold up please.
When a new poster appears and starts asking questions especially about a 1st cycle, lets please first try to determine if a cycle is even appropriate ---
is he too young?
does he have a solid training base?
whats his diet like?
IOW, is he ready for a cycle, or would he be better served by diet and training advice?
And from the perspective of EF, we dont want anyone under 21 receiving cycle advice on this site. If they decide to mess with a perfectly fine HPTA and stunt their growth in the process, they'll have to do it on their own. We wont participate.

The majority of young people will use regardless of input. If a teenager comes on here and says he has 500 anavar tablets and the world tells him not to use them, he still with but unfortunately more than likely in the wrong way.
Let's face it more than 90 per cent of the posters on this board could gain more naturally and have not reached a plateau but that would not stop them from using.

I'm 28 and have been training for 12 years now. I eat 6 solid meals a day.
I want to experience a cycle.
My question was basicly 50 or 80mg. Simple question.
Only slinslin managed to give a decent reply.
While you may mean well you're not helping me by saying what the majority says..

If i wanted to use test i would run test e @ 500 a week. But I don't so..

My first cycle was var only for 10 weeks. Started at 20 for 2 wks. increased to 40 for 6 and then back down to 20 for the last 2 wks. I felt 20 mgs was more effective than 40 simply because the reduced dosage also reduced the side-effects which were lethargy and loss of appetite. I could train hrder and eat more. At 80mgs. a day, you'd be wasting most of it. You don't need much var to be effective so I'd start low, 20 ED, and add from there depending on your sides. Also, I think 10 weeks was too long for this compound. 6 would've been fine and I didn't feel I gained anything more by running it an extra month.
