Really to early to positivly say. I seem to have quicker/faster recoverys (hard slow/high rep workouts and not THAT sore the next day). I'm cutting and during the last 6 days I've increased my weight by 1 lb (I always weight myself 1st in the moring after a pee), 1lb is too little to count (but still I'm doing am cardio and pm lifiting and running LOW cal). I have noticed leaner shoulders / more noticable vains in my biseps (less fat from cutting). Anyway if after 30 days I'm leaner and weigh the same or more I'll be able to say it deff works. To early to say that now though... But so far I'm liking it!
